Alito Does Not Deserve an Up or Down Vote

Judge Alito does NOT deserve an up-or-down vote.

Harriet Miers didn't get one.

The predecent has been set.

Bush should do the honorable thing and, after realizing that Alito is too far outside the mainstream to represent all Americans, ask him to withdraw his name from consideration.
