Guerrilla violence killed 18 persons in Iraq on Monday, including one US GI.
Protesters in Ramadi said they had not yet seen the offical text of the constitution and think the government is conspiring to keep it from them, according to the Washington Post. Many in Baghdad also say they have not seen it.

Hey, not being able to read the full text of laws works for the House leadership and Republicans in general, so why not try it in Iraq?
Whatever works.
Or so BushCo thinks.
For the Reality-Based Community, it's plum crazy that people would be asked to vote on something they have no access to read or for which there are no real explanations and discussions. Scary.
