CONSIDERING GW PAST INTERACTION WITH BIMBO AND ITS CURRENT FINANCIAL WOOS IT WOULD APPEAR THAY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT THIS SALE.THE BIG QUESTION IS THE IMPACT ON THE AMERICAN BAKERY BUSSINESS AND ITS EMPLOYEES THIS IS A COMPANY WHO IS NOT UNION FREINDLY ALSO IS THERE AN OTHER AGENDA?
